Welcome to Tanzania! You've chosen a fantastic destination for your safari adventure. Today, you'll meet your guide who will accompany you throughout your safari. He will answer all your questions and explain the itinerary in detail before embarking on the journey you've been dreaming of.

Early in the morning, after breakfast, we will pick you up from your accommodation and head towards Tarangire National Park. Explore one of Tanzania's most rewarding national parks, land of the towering baobabs and home to numerous elephants and big cats.

This first day of safari is particularly special as we welcome you to our home: Kirurumu Tarangire Lodge.

Our company offers accommodations around the key northern Tanzanian national parks, allowing you to enjoy the prime attractions of each location.

Early in the morning, after breakfast, we will journey through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area and head towards Serengeti National Park.

As a UNESCO World Heritage Site and a biosphere reserve since 1981, the Serengeti is one of the most renowned wildlife areas globally, boasting the highest concentration of wild animals on the planet!

After breakfast, we will embark on a half-day tour of Central Serengeti until lunchtime.

We will spend the night in the Ngorongoro area to rest and prepare for our visit to the crater.

Located between Serengeti and Lake Manyara, the Ngorongoro Conservation Area is home to the renowned Ngorongoro volcanic crater.

The Ngorongoro Conservation Area houses within it the crater from which it takes its name.

This volcanic crater was formed around 2 million years ago when it collapsed upon itself, leaving a vast crater about 20 km in diameter.

Over time, its once lifeless surface has transformed into a true Eden for its inhabitants.

Where once lava boiled, today stretches an immense plain of green meadows, encircled by the steep walls of the volcano which now hosts the highest concentration of wild animals in Africa, among them, the Big Five: the buffalo, the elephant, the leopard, the lion, and the rhinoceros.
