Massai family and friendly staff gave to us the most special anniversary that we have had. Because it was our wedding anniversary they prepared a nice table with candles and a special song and cake. Nice ending to our safari We ended up here after a 10-day safari. We had the warmest welcome and a great time! Our tent was at the end of the camp and had a lovely view into the nature of tarangire national park. Because it was our last day of the safari they prepared a nice table outside with candles and all sorts of decoration! The staff was very friendly, helpful and kind! We can definitely recommend this camp if you are nearby

Génialissime Lieu magique situé en territoire Massaie! Ce lodge est formidable, il nous offre une continuité du safari en sortant des parcs. Sa taille ( une dizaine de lodges) , son emplacement au milieu du bush , son personnel et ses hébergements sont des gages de grandes qualités. L accueil par un feu de camp et par des massaies qui ne sont pas là pour la décoration mais pour éviter la venue des animaux sauvages ( éléphants, zèbres et quand nous étions il y avait la présence d’un lion et ses 4 lionnes qui rodaient à proximité sont preuve d une très grandes sécurités ! Merci pour ce moment enchanté

Lodge aux portes de tarangire Lodge aux portes du Parc de Tarengire. L'accueil est très sympa et les chambres très spacieuses donnent sur la réserve: nous avons eu la chance d'avoir un éléphant devant notre terrasse! Super accueil! Les maasais nous accompagnent dans nos déplacements. Repas délicieux, personnel très sympa.

Très belle expérience ! Un Noël inoubliable Nous avons séjourné dans cet établissement le jour de Noël. Nous nous souviendrons longtemps de l’accueil qui nous a été réservé. Le directeur Simon et son équipe étaient aux petit soins pour nous. Les tentes se situant à 300m du parc du Tarangire, elles sont surveillées par des masaïs toute la nuit. Allez y les yeux fermés….

Wish we stayed here longer - next time One first game drive experience in our 14 day road trip starting from Arusha, Tanzania, to Tarangire, to Ngorongoro to Serengeti, to Masai Mara, to Lake Nakuru to Mt Kenya. Such a lovely welcome, great service and waiting up with our dinner late night after we returned from a night safari drive. Thanks Mr Maulid, Miss Janet, Margaret Oldonyo Whole day safari at Taramgire which has 2 gates that we know at North and South. Tarangire is 2400 sq kms and range of vegetation from the thick trunk Baobab trees, to broad brimmed Kigelia or Sausage tree and Umbrella thorn and thorny trees. The elevation us beautiful with ravines, hills, valleys. We are in the middle if the dry season and it is driest in Aug end. There are many water holes , vegetation and game to make this very self sustaining for endless food and water supply. beat place to see elephants. We also saw cheetah, giraffe, zebra, wildebeest, water buck. The evening drive we saw Jenet Cat, Honeybadger, Buffalo, Dik-dik (smallest antelope). Kirurumu Lodge is a few miles inside the North gate. The place is a treasure as you are in the sanctuary. Tarangire has the main game sanctuary and the outer reserve which. Kirurumu is inside the sanctuary and a 25 min drive to the South gate entrance that is accessible faster by exiting the North gate and then using the highway access to the South Gate. The starry sky here is breathtaking. Elephants did a early AM walk in front of our tents. The tents are on raised brick cement platforms and are super comfortable. We are two families totaling 6 (including 2 children). And were given an interconnecting two bedroom with 1 bathroom to each room. This was close to the dining area on the west side. In the evening they prepare a fireplace for you and you can have an evening drink if teas, coffees and spirits. Try the locally grown Arusha Coffee. The dinner was simple and delicious with choice of pork, chicken or veggie ratatouille. People in our group sampled it all and spoke well. I had the vegetarian and it was delicious. The morning, sitting on the verandah and watching giraffe 150 yards away, wild boards, zebra was amazing. We were told that lions walk across too.

The best camp of our stay 1st camp of our safari. Loved it. It’s a permanent camp so facilities are great, running water, power etc. food was superb. Staff were welcoming and fun. Wild animals roam through the camp and listening to all the sounds at night was fantastic .

Magnifique A notre arrivée les éléphants nous ont accueillis à la réception! Incroyable ! Ils mangent là devant et vous n’avez qu’à les observer et attendre qu’ils passent… Le lodge est magnifique, les tentes sont d’un très bons conforts, le personnel est incroyablement gentil , et attentionné. Les massai viennent vous escortés à tous moments à votre chambre ou au restaurant car les éléphants sont très nombreux aux alentours. Une expérience hors du temps!!!!! Je ne voulais plus partir … ce fut un réel déchirement pour moi . Le repas était excellent, le feu où vous pouvez vous asseoir ensuite est un moment splendide sous les étoiles ! Je recommande à 1000% Asante sana 🫶🏻
